Wrapped: The canvas is wrapped around a high quality wooden box frame. The edges are finished in a neutral tan colour to compliment the beach scene

Framing: Framing is an optional extra. You can  purchase your canvas print unframed or you can choose to add our painted white wooden tray frame (floating frame) - to showcase your print

We hope you will be happy with your print, however, should you receive your item and you are not completely satisfied or where items arrive in less than perfect condition, please contact me by email at artmindbodynorfolk@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt to arrange a return. If you can take a photo of any damage or issue and add this to the email, then this will ensure we can speedily process the return and replacement or refund

Simply return the original item to us in the original packaging, ensuring the item is carefully packaged, within 14 days of receiving the item(s) for a full refund if preferred. All shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility.

Please note refunds can only be made to the card or alternative payment method the purchase was made with. We will aim to process refunds as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of receipts of the products returned.

We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. For any items that have been customised at the request of the customer, please note that returns are not possible with exception to items damaged in transit when the order was initially shipped to the customer. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. The deadlines mentioned above are effective from the date of receipt of the order

Any products purchased on Sarah Long Art will be delivered to the address indicated when your order was placed. We can only deliver to mainland UK and the Isle of Man.

We currently do not deliver overseas or to the Channel Islands (Alderney, Guernsey, Jersey and Sark), or to PO Box addresses.

Delivery times are dependant on the nature and size of the product(s) you have ordered. Canvas prints are printed on demand. We use a trusted printing service (Saxon Digital print) and DHL to ensure your item(s) arrive with you within 7 working days but we cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God. In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.
